Back to catch up on some blogging here, it's been farrr too long..

Haha anyway I'm quite pleased with how Lent is unfolding this time round.

A Lent filled with spiritual commitments and accountability to each other, a sense of community support and so many people fervently sharing their faith journey! I can't help but feel a certain element of joy despite this sombre period.

Have been trying to keep up with my Lenten promises faithfully, which includes reading the bible daily and praying the rosary at least twice a week.

Without that added push from friends and family, I think I probably would have conceded halfway. But God really is good; knowing that procrastination and laziness have hindered me time and again, He places all these wonderful people in my life to constantly check on me and to support me. Though I feel like I'm a plant in a greenhouse that needs to be watered daily to grow, I am definitely a plant feeling lots of TLC.
