I cannot believe we have just travelled over 24 hours with minimal sleep, plenty of aches and crazy heavy bags just to get to our apartment in Paris!

Haha there was much drama tonight while trying to search for our apartment.

Ok first off imagine this, family of four with three large, bulky bags wandering along the cobbled streets of Paris at 11.30 pm at night (pretty dark, though when we got off Eurostar at 9 pm, it was still bright and it totally felt like morning), trying our hardest to squint at a tiny little map to find our apartment. So when we finally got to the place, there was a dark little lane which led up to a cluster of blocks of apartments. Was pretty freaky at night, especially when the sensor lights kept switching itself on and off with our every movement. So anyways we managed to key in the right password and let ourselves in through the large iron grille gate.

There were supposedly three blocks - A, B, C. The one we were to stay in was C. But you cant blame us for landing up at B cos it was seriously very dark and we were tired and just flat out desperate to get to our apartment. Anyways its a really long story and I'll just skim thru all that and tell you that we finally managed to get to our apartment in C after much groping around in the dark, calling the owner of the flat for directions, lugging our bags up 3 flights of spiral staircases (when the owner indicated there was a lift pfft) and violent tugging at a door that refused to open.

Thank God really. Thank God.

So I'm now currently sitting on a pull out sofa bed typing all this.

Haha i'm tired but just had a shower so can't sleep yet, luckily there's grey's in HD on tv!! Surprise surprise :) I mean they actually have a list of episodes for you to watch. I honestly didnt think there'd be any show I'd recognise over here! But haha i'm watching it now, and george is really funny as usual.

Multitasking now hee, eating mushroom chicken pao pao noodles! Yummm...
Starving..Shiok.

Really really really bushed, think I'm gonna sleep soon after I finish this cup of noodles yeah.
